How to turn a booking link into a QR code

If you take appointments or run classes, a QR code on a flyer, window or receipt lets customers jump straight to your booking page. Here's how to make one that actually scans and looks professional.

1. Start with a clean booking link

You need the public URL customers use to book. If you don't have a booking page yet, a hosted booking system such as GetaBooking gives you a shareable link with payments and availability built in — which is exactly the kind of URL that works well behind a QR code.

2. Generate the QR code

Paste your link into the generator, add your logo if you want branding, and download a high-resolution PNG or WebP. Keep the logo centered for the most reliable scanning.

3. Test before you print

Always scan the finished code with a couple of phones before sending it to print. A 1024px export is plenty for posters and flyers.
