Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of urlcreateqrcode.com (the “Service”), operated by GetaBooking Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16688677), registered office 72a Melton Lane, Sutton Bonington, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 5RQ (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service generates QR codes from a URL you provide and lets you download them as image files. Downloads are paid for using credits purchased in advance.

2. Accounts

We use passwordless sign-in: you provide an email address and verify it with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You must provide an address you control and may not impersonate others.

3. Credits, payment and pricing

Credits are sold in packs (currently 1, 10 or 100 downloads). Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are set in GBP; Stripe may present and charge an equivalent amount in your local currency. Credits do not expire. One credit is consumed each time you generate and download a QR code.

4. Refunds

Credits deliver digital content immediately on use. Where you have consumed a credit (downloaded a file), that supply is complete and is generally non-refundable. Unused credits may be refundable at our discretion. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5. Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for the URLs and logos you submit. You must not use the Service to create QR codes that link to unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing content, or to impersonate others. We may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Availability and storage

Generated downloads are stored for up to 60 days so you can retrieve them, after which they are deleted automatically. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
